Colore dorato, leggermente opaca, schiuma cremosa e persistente.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Tom C. Hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma with overripe fruits and a bit of yeast. Flavor has some yeast, fruity hops, and nice bitterness. Kinda over-carbonated. Quite refreshing.

Backlog rating. Keg at FOB, Rimini. It pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Aroma is intensely hoppy and fruity with fresh pineapple, mango and apricots. Some grassy flowery notes too. Taste is bitter and hoppy with some juicy fruity sweetness. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, very tasty

Una APA interessante. Schiuma abbondante ma non consistente. All’olfatto note floreali surclassate dal resinoso, tutto molto piacevole.

330 ml on tap at Wench. Dark sunrise orange, pretty hazy, with a nice, fluffy, forever lasting off-white head. Great lacing. Floral, hoppy and citrusy nose. Slightly toasted, mild caramel malts presence. Moderate bitterness, light spicy notes, floral hops, light bready malt backbone. Refreshing, thirst quenching and easy to drink. Average carbonation, medium body, creamy texture. Well crafted.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14 Piacenza. Note pâle.

Light amber, thin head. Aroma is abundantly fruity, definitely with yeast rusticity, mango. Moderate bitterness, quite yeasty and this is distracting, especially from the malts which go way back in the mix. But it affects the hops, too. Does leave a lingering sweetness.
