Thin bodied with moderate carbonation. Medium finish that is mildly bitter. This is very reminiscent of a Grolsch. Not terrible, but forgetable.

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2013 Brown bottle. Amber tan brew. Smells robustly malty for a pale lager with a slight spice/tartness. I can see where this is going and I might like it. Tastes like it’s more of a bock than a pale lager. Boozy grain flavors dominate this brew. A little too thick on the palate like all bocks, but it’s still goes down pretty easy. Maybe I’m imagining things but it seems like there’s cheese flavors in here (maybe it’s just the salty yeast). Would buy again!

Light golden colour with low head and light body. Nose of hops. Taste of mild grains, medium bitter metallic hops, cereals, straw, grass and bitter oranges. Easy to drink and might be refreshing in summer time but it just wan’t that quaffable and nice to drink. Too bitter and too metallic finish.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Pissy lager with skunky aftertaste/and some grains in the aroma. Simple, bit dull but still drinkable.

Pours a light yellow with medium carbonation. Aromas of skunk, grass, and slight hay. Flavor of hay, grass and very light grain. Leaves a light grainy aftertaste. Mostly on the "hop" side than "grain" in the flavors.

(bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of caramel, cardboard and raisins, with a hint of treebark and margerine. flavour is mostly cardboard and straw, with a hint of buttered corn in the finish. light to medium-bodied with average carbonation.
