Bottle. Yellow with a small head. Slightly sweetv ad a bit sickly. Apart from this there isn’t anything wrong with it-just wouldn’t try it again.

500ml bottle, large and soft head, quite long lasting, the color is pale and crystal blond. flavor is metallic, a little bitter and green apple, on palate quite fizzy with a little sulfurous. a good beer for everyday (I always have some bottles in fresh!)

12 oz bottle. Enjoyed on our balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea in Zadar, Croatia. My favorite in Croatia. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Balanced aroma of light caramel malts and a hint of hop spice. Balanced flavors. Sweet malts, caramel, toffee, and a light hop spice. Really surprising for a beer in Croatia.

Bought one can on a whim, and found it to be a very nice beer. Better colour and taste than a swill. Comes in quite an attractive can, too, although the Slovenian on it is all Greek to me! I’d have this one again anytime.

I found this beer very enjoyable after drinking a couple of mediocre pilsners. The beer pours out medium yellow color with a nice 1-finger thick head that lasted. Aroma was slightly herbal, a touch of honey and grass which I really liked. Flavors were bready, a bit sweet and missing any sort of hop character. Still it had enough for my tastebuds to enjoy it, and the 2 bottles I had went down pretty quickly. I’d definitely get again.

Mostly hazy, light orange/lemon-aide color. Some sediment floating about. White head that consisted of some very large bubbles. The head stuck around for a minute, but it was not overly large nor did it leave a tremendous amount of lacing. The aroma presented a grainy note mixed with hints of grass. Somewhat of a fresh "hay" smell also. Almost smells like freshly chopped corn silage. The taste brought forth the grainy flavors with some very small amounts of a citrus bitterness that gave it a slightly sweet and fruity undertone. Again, more of the hay flavoring. Not real bad, but nothing that knocks my socks off. Meduim/thin mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing. Smooth, but somewhat watery. Doesn’t cover the palate extremely well. This beer is mostly average to me. It is very easy to drink and would make for an ideal Summer brew due to its refreshing and thirst quenching qualities. I probably wouldn’t seek this out, but if it was available, I’d drink it.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2006 Golden colour, nice bit of sparkle to it and a thin white head. Herbal, grassy hop aroma with fresh baked white bread. The malts in the flavour are like a hollowed-out baguette crust...not bad flavour but something is missing. The body confirms this with a relative thinness. The hopping is low to moderate for a pilsner but the finish is sufficiently grassy to make me happy. A bit quick. Similar to pilsners from Bavaria or Slovakia.
