Bottle, bought in a local supermarket. Cloudy yellow to light brown colour with average big compact head that sits down fast and leaves some lacing. Aroma of banana, white bread, some citruses and something like vegetable. Taste goes from light sweet to light bitter at finish. Carbonation is lively and that makes this beer mouthfeel sharp. Average hefeweizen, but I’m glad Laško brewery is brewing something new in their lineup.

Bottle, courtesy of Kita. Candy sugar sweetness, malt, apples, some banana. I miss some balancing citric or phenolic notes. It’s drinkable for sure but not really tasty.

Lagani slatkasti okus ...nisam ljubitelj psenicnog piva ali sam ga ipak morao probati ..osvjezavajuce ali iskljucivo kad je ohladjeno ...

Cloudy golden color, average sized head that quickly disappears and leaves small lacing. Light to medium body, average to high carbonation. Watery texture. Aroma is wheat and malts. Medium sweet and slightly acidic taste. Passable, but not that good.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color and is topped with a decent white head. There is a grainy (wheat) and malty aroma, added to it are some sweet fruits. The taste starts slightly sweet, yeasty and wheaty and finishes with a slight bitterness. A decent attempt to create its first wheat beer.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2013 Bottle 0.5l. Golden colour, hazy. Little head for wheat beer, no lacing. Maybe, the problem is in clearness of glass. Aroma: banana, yeast, flowers, citrus. Flavour: mostly banana, citrus, rum, yeast. Light. Sweet. Overall: quite nice suprise. Like german classics

Taste: Balanced and fresh mild wheat. Banana and some fruity notes.
Overall impression: Nice fresh hefe weisse.
Personal stats: Bottle Odd Egil brought with him from holiday in Croatia.

heavy (2116) - Split, CROATIA - AUG 9, 2013
31/07 A 0.5 l bottle that poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Decent, although weaker wheat aroma, some chalk, yoghurt, banana and sugar. Yeasty flavor, lightly acidic and a bit sweet lactic, somewhat fruity and herbal, especially towards the finish. Thinner in body. Not bad, although rather boring and unimpressive, light German style wheat.
