Malty, light sweet and corny aroma. Golden color, small head. Malty, alcoholic flavour, light spicy with bitterhop notes. Bitter, alcoholic aftertaste. All in all quite overall.

Bottle: Clear, golden, quite stable white head; bisquity grainy nose, delicate hoppiness underneath; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; slightly lingering sweet and pronounced hoppy finish. Absolutely not unpleasant.....

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Sweet biscuity malty aroma with lighter grainy spots and a tinge of floral and slightly herbal hops. Moderately sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Biscuity malty taste with traces of honey; medium-dry sweet and slightly bitter hoppy finish. Not that bad. 22.XII.10

A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of straw and caramel, while the flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and straw.

UPDATED: AUG 25, 2011 Rerete from bottle. Sweet aroma, light corn, light spice, aromatic hops. Nice golden colour, fine carbonation, pretty lacing head. On the sweet and (christmas) spicy side, very light burn, but overall a good balance to the grassy and aromatic hops. Thick on the palate, but not overly sticky. Enjoyable even in the sweltering summer heat. I am happy I tried it again.

Amber, low carbonation, absolutely no head.
Malt flavor, some bitterhop afterplay - corny aftertaste.
Sticky grainy mouthfeel.
I must admit I haven’t been too impressed with the Lasser products.
