COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed as to a tradition of Belgium farmers/brewers with loads of coriander, orange peel, 50% wheat and 50% barley malt and unique Belgium yeast strain. It is refreshing spicy summer Belgium Wit beer with delicate haziness and higher carbonation. Why Forbidden? We have used spices! For almost two decades of Last Drop Brewery existence we have brewed under “Reinheitsgebot” – German purity law. For this, one and only occasion, we broke the law and created something that’s worthy of such a sin. Naturally Cloudy!

Tried at the Monk for WA Beer Week. Slightly murky, yellowy body with short head. Wheat on the nose and in the taste with soft coriander banana and orange peel in that order, low carbonation. I liked this a bit better than the White Rabbit White.
