COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A golden lager, lightly hopped with German noble hops, delicate and balanced with a malty finish and a mild lingering hop flavor.

Sampled at the ’12 GABBF. Clear golden color with a foamy off white head. Sticky lace. Light nose with some grains and faint lemon peel. Light beer but flavorful. Grainy bread with some lemon citrus in the finish. Nice clean beer.

22 oz bottle. Clear golden yellow with a small white head. Mild aroma of light bready malt and a herbal/spicy hop presence. Flavor is malty but not sweet with a balanced hop bitterness. Light body with carbonation that’s a bit low to style and a clean, refreshing finish. Very nice beer, light and clean, great lawn mower beer, wish it had a bit more carbonation.

Draft at GABBF. Clear yellow color, medium cream colored head. Aroma of sour white pepper. Taste is smooth bitterness. Decent enough.
