COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with British and American malts this India Pale Ale is full bodied, rich in malt flavors and generously hopped for a distinctive hop flavor and aroma.

savnac (1482) - Anchorage, USA - MAR 6, 2011

22 oz bottle. Clear light amber with a very small white head. Aroma of herbal hops, fruity esters, lemon cleanser and some doughy malt. The flavor starts with some light bitterness and alcohol and finishes with some slightly sweet malt. Medium body with mild carbonation and a flabby finish. English style IPA for sure, pretty good but the carbonation seems a bit low. The brewery just got going so I’ll give this one another go at some point to see if the carbonation improves.

Amber in color, clear with a thin head. Nice hoppy nose and good malt. This was a earthy/floral hop IPA. Very tasty IPA.
