Cask White Horse SW6, Appearance is black with little/no head. Lots of roasted flavours. Pine needle aroma. Quite thin but overall pretty decent beer. Easily quaffable at 5.5%

Cask @ The Union Tavern. The pour’s deep brown with no head whatsoever. The aroma’s of very strong spruce and brash pine needle. Plenty of grass, unripened melon. Earthy notes of black pepper and roasted malts. The taste is thinned chocolate syrup and mild piss. Strong notes of pine and roasted coffee grow in the finish. Rich, but smooth and easy to drink. Overall, well done.

Cask at the Union Tavern, London. Pours rich brown with a creamy, beige head. Big roasted coffee aroma with some charred earth. Light to medium sweet flavor with dark chocolate, espresso, baking cocoa, good roast, some burnt grass, dirt, pine. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Great condition. Moderately dry to finish, lots of roasted malts, light resinous burnt pine, lots of dirty grass, good roast and dark, dry cocoa. Really nice stuff.

(cask@Catford Bridge Tavern) Poured dark brown/black with a nice tan coloured head, medium body and healthy lacing. Aroma and taste off roasted/smoky grainy bitter malts and caramel and pine. Impressive.
