3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Tasted at Richement Bičre 2014. Pours an almost clear yellow colour with a thin white head that quickly vanishes. Aroma has malts, citrus and light spices. Average to soft carbonations and quite watery body. Taste is quite dull with not much remarkable about it. Overall, a regular beer didn’t find much of a blanche in it.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Very light yellow, slightly misty body with a soapy and unfortunately very quickly disappearing head. Light citric aroma, some pale malts and spice but very mellow. Dim taste, bit of a citric appeal and medium bitter. Watery body although the carbonation is okay. Not sure if this beer is in top shape. It’s a lightly spiced Belgian white (but no orange peel here) which is already not my favourite style. But the idea of a more fresher version appeals to me, just not the execution so much. Would have to try again in summer. (33cl bottle from Au Nom De La Bičre)
