A clear yellow/golden colored beer, with a white head. The aroma of malts, some sweet and hints of spices. The taste is malty, flat, some bitter and notes of spices. The aftertaste bitter with sweet.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw as well as lighter notes of spices. The flavor is acidic with notes of spices and phenols, leading to a tart finish. The body is light. I believe it is infected. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Säuerlicher, deutlich getreidiger Antrunk. Etwas herb, im Vordergrund steht aber die säuerliche Getreidigkeit, die sich nicht mehr ändert. Im Abgang überwiegt die Säure. Einfaches Bier. 10/9/8/8/7/8

(330ml bottle best by Mar 2011 thanks to bu11zeye) clear gold with a ring of tan bubbles. Nose of apple, cinnamon, and Belgian yeast. Taste of spices, cinnamon, coriander, cilantro, Belgian yeast. Nice soft carbonation with a delicious mix of spices and medium duration.
