33cl bottle.

Unclear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light to moderate hoppy, lemon sweet notes, moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander, pepper. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090906]

Huge, very dense & fine white head, very resistent, over visibly well-carbonated beer, the colour of lemonjuice. Dry, yeasty, nearly wheat-like farmyard aroma’s, lightly peppery, Szechuan pepper or FarChiew. Very dry, grainy and spicy flavours, Dupont yeast-character to the utmost. Very high attenuation and dryness clearly pointing towards the use of white candi sugar. Dried garden herbs & spices. Fully attenuated, yet creamy and spritzy, excellent MF. Even drier and maybe tad more unidimensional than most Dupont beers impress me. Still unmistakable origins.
