Draft at unos. Pours clear copper with a medium sized white head. The aroma has piney hops, grapefruit, some flowery notes. The taste is a bitter assault on the taste buds with the white stuff from the orange flecked to balance.

pours like honey in color with voluminous offwhite head and thin lacing. Nose is floral and citrus almost like a flower shop. sip introduces grapefruit and wild hay. fairly bitter but in a enjoyable way. A good iipa

A pretty decent double IPA. Very powerful, aggressive grapefruityness, some cane sugar, and lots of caramel to even it out.

ABV 8.5%. Bottled 15MAR12 Pours golden with an etched surface of whites. Brilliant clarity. Nose with resin, grapefruit, pine, chewable vitamins, sweet honey malt and a hint of lemon. Bitter with good dry malt flavor and a ton of hop character. Plenty of west coast here: weed, grass and pine. Medium bodied with moderate carb and a wet finish. Nice beer. From a 22 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Fruity hopnose. Flavors of citrus with some butterscotch and salt. Medium to heavy bodied, moderate carbonation, bitter finish.

Shared from a big brown bottle, thanks gregwilsonstl. It poured a clear golden colour with thick white foam, very long-lasting with lace. Strong hoppy aromas, pine resin especially, less intense citrus and black pepper. Flavour was even better: crisp and light graininess, surprisingly caramelly for such a pale colour. Smooth and harmonious, obviously alcoholic, warming but not harsh. Very hops-forward but as such, well-balanced. Tasty.

Smells like caramel. Quite hoppy. This is about 6 months old....but still quite strong hoppyness. Smooth and balanced. Surprised its 8%. Well done Idaho.

Bottle from Total Wine, Bellevue, Seattle, WA, USA. A golden/orange/amber coloured pour with a thin off white head on top. Hoppy, grapefruit, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, pine, quite bitter. This one grew on me, not what I would call a typical DIPA but I liked it.
