bomber. Lightly hazy golden/light orange in color with a lasting off white head, nice lacing. Intense aroma of fresh, juicy citrus hops- grapefruit, mango, some earthy resin, touches of pale malts in the back. Taste: not quite as intense as the aroma, but still pretty nice. Hoppy with citrus, pine, some light earth, and touches of tropical fruit. Some light pale malts, overall dry for the style, good lingering bitterness in the finish.

Bottle Pours a lightly hazy golden with a white head. The head last fairly well, and makes decent lacing. Has a good hoppy aroma of fruit and nuts. Has a good carbination. A real good mouthfeel. An oily texture. Real good hoppy flavors. A real good bitter finish, with a real good aftertaste. This is a medium bodied beer. Has some real good characteristics of an Dipa. This is a tasty beer. But I love DIPA’s.

Amber with a white head. Aroma is fairly hoppy, apricot, dried fruit, interesting nuttiness. Taste is a interesting hoppiness, nuttiness is still there, apricot skin, light alcohol.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy golden, rich firm head. Rich grapefruity hop aroma. Susprisingly dry with rounded moutfheel and above medium body. Intense shampoo-like bitterness sets in early. Feels fresh and drinkable, much due to it’s dryness. Very inviting. Intense, yet drinkable.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2009 Cool lable....shared by the wolf man at SL. Thanks Bro. Orange in color. Good head, that was rocky and fluffy. Sweet citrus aroma, bitter in taste but just not that balanced.... Just an ok DIPA. Thanks wolf for sharing!

Thanks to bitbucket for this one - hazy light golden beer, with a soapy lace - brisk, herbal, almost minty aroma, with some earthy pine and peach sweetness in the back - the flavor is honey sweet up front, with some herbal tea flavors - bitterness comes on strong, but the sweetness remains potent and sugary - some pine cone and citrus - a bit sweet, but good.

Bomber courtesy of SirChugaLot poured into a tulip. Pours a clear light golden amber with a big fluffy white head that leaves sheets of lacing and settles in as a small cap after a few minutes. The aroma is very sweet with lots of light citrus hop aromas, especially oranges and grapefruits. There are some caramel malts as well as a bit more pine hops as it warms. The taste follows the aroma but has a bit more aggressive hop bitterness than in the aroma. The opening flavors are the citrus hops which give way to the sweetness of the caramel malt base, which makes more than just an appearance. The finish has a solid pine hop bitterness that lingers for a while. The mouthfeel is sticky with hops and has a nice soft carbonation that helps carry the light to medium body. This is another solid DIPA from the West Coast and, while not the hoppiest or most complex, the bomber went way, way too fast. Very good.

Bomber. Pours a very lightly hazy orange amber color with a thick, frothy, cream colored head. Dense splotches of foam coat the glass almost entirely. The nose shows a big pine and grapefruit hop profile atop a toffee malt base. There’s a good deal of unfortunate soapiness and dirty earth notes that mess things up considerably. The flavor is massively bitter and somewhat soapy again, finishing with dry toffee and moderate astringency. Big bodied, dry, and bitter. Not my idea of a good IIPA.
