semi-cloudy orange-yellow with a medium size off-white head, and a good lacing. smell of light grapefruit, a touch of pine, citrus, some caramel, a touch floral, and some dandelion. taste is crisp, bitter hops, pine, caramel, citrus, and earthy, end is nicely bitter.

Pour is a bright orange with a whtie head. Aroma is an adequate amount of pine hops and some sweet malts. Flavor is lots of sweet malt with a minor hop profile and finishes with a bit of plastic on the tounge. Could be and old or bad bottle but this does not have much of a hop punch to it after the initial aroma. Cheap enough for a try though at only $4.99 a bottle.

Golden with a chunky white head. The aroma is rather sweet and malty alongside the resinous hops. There’s not a whole lot of hop in the aroma for an IPA. A lot of caramel is present in the flavor and aroma. The hops are mostly in the finish, which is piney and dry. A pretty decent IIPA, but I find the flavor too unbalanced to consider it great. Too much sweetness that doesn’t mesh with the hops.

Yellow orange in color. Smells of pine, citrus, grapefruit, sea breeze, soap, dawn soap, hop flavored soap aroma. Taste is kind of typical. Plastic on the finish though brings it down. Absolutely love the nose! The flavors are such a disappointment. If the flavors were on par with aromas, it would be a classic. But they don’t

Pour from a 22oz bottle from SL. Color was full orange with some haze, decent initial head, ok lacing. The aroma was strong bitter citrus elements, substantial malt backbone, caramel. Flavor was strong caramel and sweet malts up front but totally balanced by a long-standing strong bitter citrus-spicey hop finish. Pretty tasty.

22 oz. bottle. Pours a hazy amber with a big, creamy antique white head. Grapefruits, pine, and some creamy caramel & vanilla in the aroma. Medium to full-bodied. The flavor starts off with some caramel and vanilla and quickly transitions to some harsh grapefruitiness and pepper. Earthy and a bit resinous. Fairly drying at the end. Solid stuff.

Serving: 22 oz. bottle. Appearance: Pours a deep amber orange with a creamy, off-white head. Great head retention and great lacing. Aroma: A little bubble gum was the first thing I noticed. Kind of strange for a DIPA. Lots of citrus, a little Play-Doh, and some citric sweetness. Taste: Powerfully bitter! Great notes of caramel, candy sweetness, citrus (blood orange?), floral notes, and a bit of the aforementioned Play-Doh. Not quite sure where that one is coming from. Great up front, but a bit off on the aftertaste. Palate: Medium, very smooth carbonation with a medium mouthfeel. Long, bitter finish. Overall: Not a bad DIPA, but it doesn’t reach the heights of the truly great ones. Rebuy: No, but it is definitely worth trying once.

Brilliant amber color with a lasting off white head. Nice floral hop and malty marshmallow aromas. Smooth medium body. Floral hop flavors on a lightly sweet caramel base. Nicely bitter finish.
