On tap at the brewery. It pours a fairly clear straw gold with a thin white head. It has a light aroma of pale malts and some yeast, and the flavor is a light combination of malt and yeast as well, with a smooth body and crisp finish. Great on a warm day.

Shared at Proof. This was a strange one. I don’t like cream ales so much - but this ended up tasting far different than any I’d had. I just have sparse notes: vinegar - may be bad - but good to me - tangy and tart - citrus - bite to it (7.0).

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours golden/yellow with a nice fluffy white head. Nose is light citrusy hops, with some grassy notes, some light fruitiness. Taste is similar to aroma. Light to med body, moderate ccarbonation. Finish is light citrusy hops, ending is crisp with some grassy sourness, Ovearll an interesting drinkable brew.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Good sized bright white head of fine bubbles. Light and citrusy aroma with some pineapple, sweet tarts and a hint of tartness. Not really what I had expected for this brew. But then again, I think that this one has been sitting in my fridge for an eternity. Clear gold in color. Hmm, definately a bit of funk going on in there. Light sourness and tartness, some spices (ginger) and more fruit. Light and crisp and makes the mouth salivate. An interesting and unexpected flavored brew.

9/3/10. Thanks, jtclockwork! Sour, vinegary aroma with light corn and malt. The flavor is like a very light sour with a hint of malt backing... Is this a mistake? Either way, it’s pretty nice for a cream ale!

This is the best cream ale I have ever had. Nice light color. Sweet citrus flavor. Almost like a really light saison.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours clear golden with thin white head. Aroma is mildly musty, light berry-like hop notes, mild doughy yeast, freshly milled grain. Flavor reminiscent of light fluffy fresh bread, some honeyish notes and mild herbal hops lingering with very light bitterness in the finish, which is quite dry and very clean. Great palate is very smooth No distinct element that stands out, except for possibly the light tang of NW noble-like hops, as the sum of its parts this beer is a beautiful composition - sunny and mildly sweet.

Cloudy yellow in color with white foamy head... Slightly sour creamy aroma... Flavor is slightly off and sour... May have gone too long in bottle... Creamy nutty and grainy flavor... Not the best
