Commercial Description:
Our Crème Ale is a traditional crème ale with both ale and lager yeast, this gives us the creamy smoothness of an ale with a nice dry crisp finish. The Creme Ale is great on hot summer days.

True representation of An ACA just like the little kings ale of old.Aroma: Faint malt notes. A sweet, corn-like aroma Appearance: Pale straw Brilliant, sparkling clarity. Flavor: Low hop bitterness. Low maltiness and sweetness, varying with gravity and attenuation. Well attenuated. Neither malt nor hops prevail in the taste. Mouthfeel: Generally light and crisp, although body can reach medium. Smooth mouthfeel with medium to high attenuation; higher attenuation levels can lend a “thirst quenching” finish. High carbonation. Overall Impression: A clean, well-attenuated, flavorful American lawnmower beer.

Bottle from Belmont. What a shot to the nose/teeth! Smells like potent peach jam! Tastes of the same with the added bonus of sour ale and lima beans. Just flat-out strange. Like no cream ale I have had.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy, light peachy apricot color; white head with good retention and fine-bubbled lacing. Crisp aroma with some honey, oranges and light minerals; kind of like an orange creamsicle. Medium mouthfeel: lively carbonation; crisp mineral bitterness, citrus, and a touch of bready / toasty maltiness; crisp and slightly creamy presence in the mouth; drinkable cream ale, if a touch of overripe fruit. Medium finish: toasty malts, creaminess, and overripe oranges.

8-18-08 bottle shared with lb4lb thanks to ditmier <br /> Semi cloudy orangish yellow with a thin ff-white head. Smell is sugary sweet and honey and flowers. Flavor is sweet and juice like. High carbonation. It just reminds me of a carbonated juice. Not bad, just not really my thing.

Sampled 10/21/2008. This Cream Ale pours a slightly cloudy orange gold color from a 12 oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head with decent retention. The aroma is fruity and sweet with a touch of floral hops. A medium bodied cream ale. The malts are fruity and sweet. The hops are floral and earthy. Nice balance. Good carbonation. It has the kind of yeasty creamy mouthfeel. This is a very nicely done cream ale. Best cream ale I have had in long time. Light and refreshing. Crisp and clean. Good summer beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head. Sour fruit in the aroma. Creamy and drinkable, smooth with a dry finish.
