COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hey, what can we say? Dogs do like to sniff down there. A British style ESB with the Laughing Dog twist. Itís clean and smooth, the way an ESB should be. Silver Medal NABA.

Aroma is sweet licorice and mint with a hint of peppery spice...yeasty too...I'm scared I may smell a bit of dog poop too. Of course I still tasted this stinky amber cloud of a beer despite its confusing olfactory introduction. And...tangy spice with yeast and peppers. A bit of sweetness. Strange. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Smells like the crotch the dog is sniffing on the label. Consistent with the crotch theme, it tastes like nuts. Not a bad beer, but not really my style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From the bottle, love the name of this one!! Pours an amber color with a nice fruty and malty scent to it. Taste is slightly fruity up front with English bittering hop flavor in the aftertaste. Nice ESB, Iíd get this one again for sure.

This is an excellent beer, from the first sip to the last. I canít believe the price point or the taste. Iím not sure of the ESB thing, but it has a light, crisp tang and is quite dry. Excellent. Iíve rated a good number of beers and this one is high on the list of surprises.

Decent brew. Medium white head quickly abating to a slight lace. Amber-copper color. Some spicy hop aroma. Slight citrus up front finishing with a light bitterness. A little toffee flavor. Medium-light body.

22oz Bottle. The pour was a clear reddish brown with a light orange hue and a large (2-3 finger) light tan creamy head that had great retention and produced excellent sheeting of lacing. The aroma was of a sweet dark bread malt and a earthy Brett yeast with notes of caramel, citrus (lime), a mild spiciness and a slight fruity ester. The taste was malty sweet with notes of caramel and citrus from the start, and then progresses with a slight tart yeasty presence, a mild fruitiness and a light bitter peppery ending. The flavor lasted an average time following consumption with a mild tart spicy taste left to linger. Mouthfeel was just under medium in body and extremely creamy in texture with a nice soft carbonation. Overall this was an exceptionally well made brew that was bold, flavorful and possessed a nice sweet, spicy tart flavor. And you gotta love the name...

22oz bottle. Small head, almost clear, dull copper color. Decent aroma, strong, kind of sweet and a little nutty, some berries. The taste is different! Medium carbonation, a little sweet on the nose, bitter throughout. Points for originality.
