The huckleberry is native to the Pacific Northwest and is prized for it’s sweetness and texture. To celebrate summer and the huckleberry picking season, we have blended real huckleberries with our cream ale. Smooth and creamy with a light touch of huckleberries, it would be great at the lake, a bbq or simply just relaxing away a long summer day. Just like the berries, Huckleberry Cream Ale with be available for your enjoyment for a limited time! You never know when it will be gone until next year

Some fruit added to Laughing Dog’s cream ale makes for a sweet drink, perfect for a hot summer’s day. Body from the cream ale is slick and velvety, huckleberries add a nice sweet touch to this drink.

Pours a pinkish gold with a nice white head and good lacing. Aroma of sweet fruits, huckleberry and other fruity esthers. Taste is sweet fruits bit not overwhelming and some malts but not enough for a proper balance. Beer is more focused on being a beer and not sweet and fruity. Nice creamy mouthfeel.

Aroma is huckleberry and strawberry. Taste is a sweet lifht maltiness that is net with a dry bitterness that isn’t anything special. Mostly a fruity take over. Body is a clear gold with a thin head that retains poorly.

Pours with a nice foam cap that leaves a surprising amount of lacing. Fruit and grain aroma. Not very creamy but does have distinctly fruity undertones.

big taste of blackberry brandy mingled in a wheat like farina tasting yeasty body. bit of tang perhaps a little turpentine like. the brew might seem better if colored like the berry it represents.

Poured from 12oz bottle. Very interesting beer. Just al little overpowering with the berry flavor. Dial that back and this would be a decent summer ale. --you've been Dubbed.

Bottle at Roasthouse Pub. Pours clear dark gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is huckleberry, Pils malt, earthy hops. Flavor is malt forward with moderate huckleberry notes, light hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Nice smooth beer. Very easy to drink with a smooth creamy palate. Slightly sweet but not overly so. Would go great after a meal with a desert instead of a desert wine. Great beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Nice aroma with the huckleberry. Refreshing flavor more like a pilsner then a ale. Clean finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
