BückDich (4605), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 21, 2007 Bottle: Pours a gold color with spotty lacing and decent head. The nose is bright and fresh with nice sweet huckleberry and sweet malts as well, like a fruit sorbet or a fruit pie, nice smell. The flavor is tasty, the hop bitterness stands out a bit more than I usually like, but it has a decent body and plenty of clean malty flavor and fruity accents that keep coming up. Finishes smooth and creamy. Delicious huckleberry beer, an Idaho classic. bu11zeye (3887), Frisco, Texas, USA May 23, 2008 (12oz. bottle, courtesy of Swalden 28) Pours a hazy pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of wild blueberries, pie crust, huckleberries, and powdered sugar. Flavor of huckleberry with sour that ends abruptly dry and some biscuit and light grain. goldtwins (3747), Nesconset, New York, USA Sep 30, 2007 Poured a clear golden color with a small whitehead.
