Our IPA has an Intense hop aroma and strong malt body, followed by a smooth clean finish. Pacific Northwest malted barley with hops from the fields of Yakima have come together to create this IPA that is very hoppy but very balanced with complex malt flavors. The IPA is best served cool, not ice cold so as not to subdue the hop aroma. The perfect beer for any day.

Laughing Dog India Pale Ale has a very thick, off-white head, a mostly clear, golden appearance, with tiny white specs suspended throughout, a few lazy ascending bubbles, and fairly heavy lacing left behind. The aroma is of sweet malts and piney hops. Taste is of the same, with an overriding sugariness, and there is an underlying hop bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy and slick, and Laughing Dog India Pale Ale finishes semi-dry and easily drinkable. No alcohol shows up with this beer. I suggest checking this out. RJT

Can pour. Somewhat cloudy orangish yellow with white head. Aroma of sweet citrus hops. Creamy smooth with the right amount of malt. Was expecting more with the type of hops but does leave a slight lingering bitterness to chew on. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fresh can. Pours clear orange/gold with no head. Aroma is grass, hay, some floral/citrus, more grapefruit than others. Malt comes through here heavily...overly sweet but the hop/resin/pine tones are good.

12 oz can. Pours a nice golden amber with little head. Great malty flavor with a balanced hop load. Not too bitter with a medium palate. Great drinking IPA!

Nice mild IPA, hops not overdone. A little it of tang and bitterness in this amber bodied beer. Minimal soapy head, malt and hops blend well in the aroma, hops come forward in the taste. Bitter lingers on the tongue.

12oz can thanks to boisebeerguy, thanks! Pours a clear light copper with a thin white head and spotty lacing, aroma is pretty dank with quite a bit of citrus and tropical fruit, the flavor has a sharp hop front end with a sweet but hoppy finish at the same time, pretty sticky and thick, bitterness in the finish isn’t completely balanced and I would have liked to see a little more citrus and tropical fruit flavors instead of just straight bitter.

Rating #922 - January 17, 2014 - 6pack of 341ml Bottles from Sobeys. Aroma is grassy, lemon, pine, pepper. Clear golden pour with a fluffy white head, decent retention. Medium carbonation, mild alcohol warmth. Smooth mouthfeel, lots of grassy, spicy hops on the palate but very well balanced, citrusy sweetness of grapefruit meets a sharp dry-hop bitterness. Solid IPA.
