COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA has an Intense hop aroma and strong malt body, followed by a smooth clean finish. Pacific Northwest malted barley with hops from the fields of Yakima have come together to create this IPA that is very hoppy but very balanced with complex malt flavors. The IPA is best served cool, not ice cold so as not to subdue the hop aroma. The perfect beer for any day.

Tap. Pours clear amber with average, fizzy white head; decent retention and some lacing. Aroma is heavy floral and grassy hops, orange peel, cereal and caramel malts, citrus, light pine, and some wheat notes. Flavor is initially sweet malts followed by good floral hops (light bitterness) and light citrus esters; dry finish. Medium body and low carbonation.

Pretty standard, average IPA other than its emphasis on malts. This is a malt forward beer that forces the hops to wait their turn. Served ice cold at the Davenport Tower bar in Spokane, WA this IPA has fantastic lacing. Sweet malt on the nose which blasts you when it hits your tongue. Nice, light sweet malt with a touch of hoppy citrus. Run-of-the-mill IPA which stands out due to its malty goodness.

Tasted on 7/13/12 from a 12oz bottle. Pours clear, bright orange with a thick white head that slowly recedes to thick and messy lacing. The nose is citrus and floral hops with tons of orange peel, a hint of grass, along with some hay and cereal malt. The flavor is a nice balance between the hay and cereal malt, with the grassy, floral, and orange peel hops showing some nice bitterness. The body is on the lighter side of medium with average carbonation and a medium bitter orange peel hops finish. This is a nice, easy-drinking IPA.

Clear, light amber with a thin white head. Glorious green hops on the nose. One you can sniff for hours. Medium bodied IPA with heavier malts than you might expect and a touch of sweetness before the hops take over the palate on the finish.

A translucent cloudy orange yellow with fluffy head that really sticks to the glass. aroma is sweet honey and oranges. flavor is sharp bitter hops, both earthy and citrusy. It is sweet then dry, kind of hot in its bitterness.

Pours clear golden with a huge fluffy head, very active. Strong hop aroma, floral and fruity. The body is under medium. Tastes of spicy, resinous hops. Very nicely balanced.

Bottle at Akkurat, June 2012. Clear light amber with a large white head. Not as hoppy as expedted, instead it was the malt that dominated. I suspect that the bottle was quite old.

Bottle. This pours with a slightly hazy rich amber hue. Grapefruit and peanuts make up the smell. There is also some hay. This tastes of peanuts and oranges at the front. The finish has a little bit of grass and tobacco. There is an ever present spice in each sip, like a hint of black pepper. This is a nice and well balanced IPA. It is not bracing bitter west coast as I expected, but rather a little sweet overall with malt. A tasty brew.
