Our IPA has an Intense hop aroma and strong malt body, followed by a smooth clean finish. Pacific Northwest malted barley with hops from the fields of Yakima have come together to create this IPA that is very hoppy but very balanced with complex malt flavors. The IPA is best served cool, not ice cold so as not to subdue the hop aroma. The perfect beer for any day.

12 oz can poured. Pours a golden orange color with a thin foam head. Sweet, juicy hops aroma. Interesting IPA here. Not an ordinary IPA by any means. Slightly thicker, oily body with a lot of citrus juice like flavor. A lot of hops thoughout with a barely funky citrus, piney finish. Overall I enjoyed this. Love the big hops. Good IPA.

10/21/14. Bottle. Solid IPA. Nothing out of the ordinary. Nice nose with a solid malt backbone. No over the top hop notes. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Miramar Beach, Fl - Chanís Wine World - 12 oz can. Sparkling, medium copper colored pour, light off-white head. Aroma has somw overwrought too much crystal malt funkines, some wort. Flavor has that same out of balance date-like crystal malt funkiness, just a brief touch of citrus bitterness. Mouthfeel is too tangy and leaves a ad taste in your mouth. Have not been overly impressed with this brewer to date.

Bottle. Pours a hazed copper with a white head. Aroma is sweet, papery, and woody. The taste is mostly sweet and papery. The can isnít that old, so Iím surprised it has staled so quickly. Medium carbonation.

Can. Hazy amber pour with a nice 1 finger head that fades away very slow and leaves great lacing. Aromas are candied apricot, caramel, oranges, and light pineapple. Tastes juicy and sweet, especially up front. Hint of bitterness in the finish. Apricot, oranges, and caramel mostly. Some cooked vegetable too. Medium body. Nice oily mouthfeel. Either this is old or itís just not hopped enough. Itís like drinking oily, sugar juice.

Sample @ GABF 2014. Medium gold, with a white head. Dry, medium bodied, mid to high bitterness, balanced CO2. Hoppy, resiny taste, apricot, orange, caramel. Quite OK. (2014-10-03)

Golden with white head. Big tropical fruit pineapple citra hop aroma. Very nice malty mouthfeel with bit citrus hoppy flavors. Bitterness through the finish. Grapefruit and onion linger. Very enjoyable IPA.

355mL can, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of strong piney hops, vegetables, and crackery malt. Flavour brings out dry faded piney hops and biscuity malt. Very well-balanced, with a nicely crisp, dry piney finish. Very nice stuff.

Can from Hop and Hound, Bothell, WA; 6.2% ABV
Hazy light amber color. Moderate hoppy aroma, with a grassy accent besides the piney hops. Dry mouthfeel, toffee flavor, a bit papery; strong bitterness and strong resiny hop character, but not as bright and fresh as it should be.
