COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our IPA has an Intense hop aroma and strong malt body, followed by a smooth clean finish. Pacific Northwest malted barley with hops from the fields of Yakima have come together to create this IPA that is very hoppy but very balanced with complex malt flavors. The IPA is best served cool, not ice cold so as not to subdue the hop aroma. The perfect beer for any day.

12 oz can from a 6 pack bought from Grocery Outlet in Salem OR. $7.99 Clear orange/brown coloured ale with a large thick and creamy off white head. Aromas of pine and some floral hops Taste a little of the same as aroma with a bit of dark honey and caramel. Nice smooth lowish carbonated mouth feel, Nice smooth biter after taste. An average PNW IPA. I get the feeling this is old..though you would think in a can it wouldnt matter.

Pours bright orange with a soapy off white head with decent lacing. Aroma is of pine, citrus, grassy hops, bready malts, sweet malts, and a little caramel. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma. Has a medium body with a semi-creamy mouthfeel and a moderately bitter, semi dry, medium-long finish. Overall, a pretty nice IPA that is just a tad too malty for my tastes.

a lightish IPA as far as nose and body are concerned. Enough bitterness, but almost hoppy apa or session style otherwise. Sweet and citrusy, with some pine.

Can thanks to Brian! Pours clear orange with a long lasting large off-white head that leaves nice residual and lacing. Aroma is very strong and sharp, notes of pine cones and mushrooms along with musty perfume. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter, sharp with some acidity. Lightish body. First IPA I have ever had that tasted like mushrooms, and I am not a fan at all.

Bottled@Oliver Twist, Stockholm (backlog). Deep golden colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, fruits, some sweet malts and a bit of toffee. Flavour is pineapple, peach, some citrus, resin and quite sweet malts. Balanced and quite pleasant.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass. The appearance was a semi-hazy burnt orange color with a big foamy white head that dissipated leaving nice messy lacing running here and there. The smell started off with a dry pine subjugated with an underscore of light dry citrus rind, somewhat bitter but sticky. The taste rounds out the bitterness of the pine with the dryness of the citrus. Its mainly sticky bitter with a light sweetness underneath and rolling into the aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation runs right where its supposed for an AIPA and allows itself to sit back letting the bitterness take the lead on the harshness of the tongue. Overall, its a nicely done AIPA that I could have again.

Canned from Capital Market. Lightly hazed medium/dark golden in color. A little dark sediment. Somewhat sweet citric hopped nose. Sweet and hoppy. Good citrus notes with a touch of breadiness to it. Drinkable IPA. A tad off in the flavor. Good bitterness.

12 oz can into a pint glass. Pours clear amber with a very large and very durable white head. Plenty of sticky lacing is left behind. The hop aroma is not particularly attractive but the flavor is good. Moderately bitter and hoppy for style.
