3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Happy’s Market, Ellensburg, WA
Good dry APA, but it has almost more herbaceous content than the citrusy power expected by this hop. the aroma is also a bit bready. The final is sharp, almost metallic.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Fresh bottle from Zyn’s. Maybe you take hoppy beers overdue off shelf. I was going for the last chance free check, and this was one of the bottles. Not too drinkable but high acid yes.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - Fresh pine and little else. Clear gold with a thin white head. Pine and resin, with a balanced bitterness. Nice but one sided, as expected with a single hop. The resin is a bit overwhelming and lingers.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
22. Pours a cloudy burnished dark amber with a loose white head. Lots of lace. Biscuity toasty nose. Not much else. Creamy medium body with soft carb. Toasty mid palate, mild caramel, lots of biscuit. Nutty finish. More of an ESB, really.
