COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
No wonder there’s a hop shortage. Brewed special for the OBF, Rocket Dog launches four types of hops at five different intervals into this brew. Roasted barley and rye, pale and Munich malts give this beer a red tint. Fermented a little on the dry side, this thirst-quencher is a hop lover’s dream.

Wow this is refreshing and delicious. Light sweet and tasty but also has a tasty hop kick. If you want something not too strong this would be it.

Bomber - poured all over my desk, keyboard, monitor, cell phone, floor and various papers. What managed to make it in the glass is hazy orange with huge head and light lacing. Nose is disinfectant wipes and honey soap - what’s used to clean this all up. What made it in the glass smells of grass and citrus with yeast galore. Flavor adds rye and more hoppiness. Mildly bitter and a little sweet. Not pleased with the mess.

22oz bottle. Bright melon orange pour with a nice white heat of big and small bubbles. Plenty of lacing on the glass. Aroma is big resiny hops with some underlying malt sweetness. The malts are light and grainy, with a touch of honey sweetness. The hops are big piney, resiny, chewy. Certainly a hop centric beer, but well crafted to strike a balance. Very easy to drink.

NICE! Pours a straw yellow with tons of carbonation. Way too much head though. Good thing is it stays! Nice floral aroma. Taste is of the hops and rye in a unique combination that is nice. Aftertaste is nice and bitter. Glad I don’t have to share this bomber!

Bottle. Light orange with a solid white head showing great retention. Primarily piney hop profile with underlying crackery malts. Nice bitter finish. Solid. Not finding anything to give away the rye character, but a great IPA regardless.

April 2012 from bottle. Poured copper color with an offwhite head. Aromas of grain, malt, pine and grapefruit. Grassy flavors with pine and hops. Good balance.
