3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A reddish copper DIPA with a thin lacing light mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of resinous floral hops, alcohol warmth, some vinous character like a barleywine, musky and complex. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with vinous notes, dark fruits, plums, licorice, resinous and piney hops, tropical fruit, very nice. Still solid after 3 years.

I poured this into...who cares? Why do people ramble on about what kind of glass they are pouring their beer in and all that...who the fuck cares you pretentious tool?! Bottom line, put it in a drinking vessel, smelled like hops, went down well over a period of time and 22oz of it made my face numb. Overall a great drinking experience for 99 cent bomber at my local retailer. Thatís right, found me a deal.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
12-oz. bottle. Malt-heavy nose with caramel and rich toffee tones and a touch of hoppy pine resin. Deep sunset orange color. Sharp pine bitterness bites hard upon the first sip before a sweet orange flavor and a hint of honey temper it somewhat. Traces of alfalfa and old stale barley come into play. Slick mouthfeel with a very abrupt dry finish. Not very impressive at all.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On cask at Churchkey beer bar, D.C. It.looks great, smell is super west coast dipa piney, mouthfeel is smooth almost oily. Taste is a good balance between hops and malt. Iíve liked what Iíve had by Laughing Dog in the past and this is no exception. Would buy this again.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 10/20
Big sweet malty aroma followed by a subtle hoppiness. Thereís a LOT of malt like a huge syrup sweet farm of malt. Almost too much, this is rough. Tastes is maple syrup, brown sugar and alcohol. This probably sounds delicious to some but this isnít my cup of ipa. Itís really sweet and almost cloying. Iím not sure about this one, I wish I could have it on draft to see if itís better but right now the one I have is really sweet and tough to get through.

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass.
Aroma- A thick smelling blend of strong hops and a touch of malt, very good.
Appearance- Pours a golden brown with a slight amount of haze. Has a medium off-white head.
Taste- A big hop and yeast flavor that hides the high ABV. Really enjoyable.
Palate- A heavy bodied beer with moderate carbonation, has a very creamy texture.
Overall- A very good American DIPA, It is hard to find in Georgia but I would buy it again.
