CaptKirk (175), Hephzibah, Georgia, USA Oct 20, 2005 Amber in color (hense the name I would guess) Spice overtones that grab you. Very dry finish, but quite nice. Not to bitter not too plain, just right. I enjoyed the whole pint from start to finish.
IndianaRed (1471), Boise, Idaho, USA Nov 17, 2007 Lear deep ambee with a small light tan head. Slightly woody malt aroma. Big wood flavor. Like tree bark. Plentu of bittering. Lingering bite. Earthy and bland.
