Copious quantities of hops and an assertive alcohol content are the foundation of our best-selling beer. Crystal malts and a blend of Yakima grown Fuggles, Centennial, Cascade, and Ahtanum hops impart a very satisfying balance. This ale is late-hopped in the hop back for added flavor and aroma.

12 oz bottle via Liquid SOl. Pours a NEAR CLEAR DARK AMBER WITH A LARGE chunky HEAD THAT LEAVES A loT OF spider webbing. Nose is herbal, floral and a bit alcoholic. Taste is grainy with lots of earthy hoppiness and seems more like an English or East Coast IPA. Less Fuggles and AHtanum hops, less Crystal more....and pump up the Centennials and this would be good...Not what i enjoy or expect from a Pac NW IPA... Body is light, carbonation moderate to high.

Pours a glowing semi-unfiltered orange with a cream colored head. Smell is mostly iced tea and some metal. Taste is tart maltiness and dirty, earthy, tea and floral like hop flavor. Just don’t care for the tea flavored hops in beers and this is chock full of them. Decent body and mouthfeel, but wasn’t crazy about the beer as it was all tea.

12oz bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy amber with 2 finger beige head and spotty lacing. Nose is sweet malt, ripe citrus and juniper. Taste is malt, mild orange peel and mellow resin in the finish. Medium mouth feel. Nothing extreme about this beer, just a decent drinkable IPA.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with grassy notes of hops. The flavor is sweet mlaty and again with grassy notes of hops, leading to a dry grassy finish.

Medium sized tan head, retention is fair with some spotty, stringy lace. Lightly hazy copper hued brew with some floatys dropping out of suspension. Nose is soft with notes of caramel, light citrus and pine, somewhat leafy. Body is medium with a light prickly carbonation, lightly oily on the palate. Almost dry caramel malts, bready, slightly buttery backed up by quiet hop notes of pine and cutrus, earthy and lightly fruity. Lightly sweet malty finish with a delayed hop bite. Thanks Cliff!

12 oz. bottle from Liquid Solutions. Pours a hazy medium amber-pecan color, with a small off-white head. Toasty, biscuity and lightly caramel malts, summer fruits, florals and spicy citrus make up the aroma. Flavor of citrus fruits, toasty grains, peach and pear, floral hops, orange peel, dust and spice. Medium body, lightly tingly carbonation.

Bottle. Primary aroma is caramel, but there seems to be citrus and pine as well. Orange tinged amber color with a white head that just flattened. Medium body with smooth, mild carbonation. Flavor is more floral hop than anything else, with caramel beneath. The finish is not truly dry, but very pleasant. Seems more like a smooth ESB than an IPA. Really tasty drink in any case.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a small off white head. Aroma of pine, citrus, and caramel. Taste is slightly bitter from the hops and a little malty with a bit of caramel on the back of the tongue. Has a semi sweet finish. Has a decent balance of flavor. Not a bad beer at all.
