4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 14, 2012
In bottle. Pours a golden colour with a thick white head. A hoppy aroma of pine, pineapple, passion fruit, caramel, toffee and alcohol. Similar flavours and quite bitter with moderate carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Quite dry also with lingering bubblegum. Very tasty and I love the label too.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 hayduke (2963) - Eureka, California, USA - AUG 2, 2012
This was a draft pout at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, Oregon. it came a slightly hazy golden color with a nice white head, and even lacing on the plastic cup.. The nose is floral, pine, and citrus hops, and lot of it. Body is medium plus, and the mouthfeel is silky smooth.
The flavor is rich, but well balanced between malts and hops. There is just the right amount of bitterness, and it continues into the dry bitter finish. This is simply and excellent west coast IPA, and exceptionally refreshing.

Bottle, shared with mmmIPA. Hazy orange amber, persistent off-white head. Nice hoppy aroma, fresh pine and nectarine. Beautifully balance malts (more biscuit than caramel) play off delicious aromatic hops, tropical fruit and pine. Quite a juicy feel to this IPA. Bitterness is balanced, but extreme. Very very nice.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Aubrey (3347) - Bellingham, Washington, USA - DEC 21, 2011
Delicious IPA. Malts have lots of bread, caramel and cocoa. Hops are green, pine-like, dank and citrusy. Bold, grapefruit bitterness gives it a snappy edge.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 jmohno (844) - Iowa, USA - JUN 15, 2012
Orangish light copper with short creamy head, good lacing.
Aroma has some fruit slight berry and evergreen slight floral or pine slight spice.Toast.Pretty refreshing smelling. Not strong but nice.
Taste has similar qualites with carmel and more dry toastyness slight yeast/vegetale(but disappears later) pretty subltle but balanced with not a strong bittering but a light short pine presence that disapeers quickly but not completly. Leaving a sublte slight spice dry toast. Pretty refined and sessionable and seems like a 5%er but becomes creamy smoother more body and herbal in aroma as it warms .Pretty tastey and very drinkable.I like this the more i get through it and warms. It takes a big turn throughout-interesting and enjoyable.

Coppery color with a light tan head. Very floral hoppiness in the aroma. Crisp, a little bitter, with floral hops and pepper, a bit of citrus zest.

Pours a light transparent copper, little head. Super floral hoppy aroma, with some sweet mandarin and honey behind. Pungent, and it’s got a really nice flavor, too. Slightly dilute - needs a bit of crispness, but it’s definitely a nice, but gentle, hop-forward IPA.
