COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Green Elephant is green because it’s made from organic malts, and elephant because of the Amarillo, Ahtanum and organic Cascade hops. It’s medium-bodied with a subtle malt underpining and an explosive hop flavor and bitterness. Dang, the elephant is hoppy.

Light amber color, tremendously hoppy oder. A hoppy aftertaste as well, which is good, cause its not pungent. A quality organic. Would drink again! A+++

On tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a white head. This IPA had a powerful bitterness throughout with a very young green hop taste, feels like it needs some time for the hops to die a bit. Just too bitter for my taste, hops overwhelmed the light sweetness up front.

A hazy brown color, a piney hoppy nose with a soapy, sharp piney, fruity mouth with a restrained bitter finish.

A dark copper body. The aroma is hoppy with some flowery notes. There is a bitter flavor with hops and again flowery. Nice smooth and refreshing.

Medium gold color. Medium head. Aroma is hop spicy and fruity. A big hoppy IPA. Malts are nutty and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and slightly floral. Somewhat bitter. Well balanced. Very clean tasting IPA. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is bitter.
