Dec 3, 2007 I think this was the Bitter that I had. It was on tap at the airport location about 2 months ago. Poured a burnt orange color. Aroma was pretty hoppy with notes of citrus that were stronger than their IPA. Very dry hoppy flavor with some toasty malt, but this was pretty hop dominated. Citrus, pine, and wood made an appearance in the flavor profile. Finishes dry with a lingering woody flavor. Interesting and pretty damn good.
