Perkeo (310), Portland, Oregon, USA Apr 4, 2004 Requisite toasty gold helles color with nice lace, appetizing bready malt aroma with subdued floral hop, flavor is a wonderful amalgam of pale malt with more hop than you might expect in a helles but still within stylistic limits. I think they may have done some water chemistry on this as it tastes slightly "hard" yet still smooth. Not much sourness as you ocasionally get in this sort of beer. Very nice and extremely drinkable Nuffield (2536), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Mar 16, 2004 Almost sweet, hoppy aroma, clean and pure. But distinctly dry in flavor. A bit of bitterness is there but not pronounced. Not too bad in its subtlety and simple elegance, and of course, it's all organic.
