Draft at the brewpub, October 2007. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is slightly perfumated and malty. The flavor is sweet amlty with notes of caramel and hops, leading to a dry bitter and toffee finish.

Neutral on the nose, perhaps a little caramel. A deep hazy golden. A surprising amount of hop flavor shines through. Finish is dry and crisp. Behind the piney hops is malt sweetness. A clean ber that has mild carbonation. Balanced between hop flavor and malt - could be enjoyed with a football game quite easily.
