On tap - This is a very solid IPA. It has a very nice aroma of hops that makes me want to drink it. Tastes like I want to drink more. If this Hop Monkey were turning an organ grinder, I’d give it some money.

Pours clear amber with a two finger off white head. Plentiful lacings. Aroma is piney. Taste is piney bitter hops, fair amount of malts. Light ruby red grapefruit. Mouthfeel is good, carbonation is minimal. Easy drinker with a full body and mildly bitter dry finish.

Nice floral IPA. Orange body with a tall white head. Big citrus nose, grapefruit and a touch of earthiness/spiciness to them. Good balance overall, finishes bitter, but not sharp. Malts were very subtle, but since the bitterness wasn’t very strong it still worked alright.

Tap @ their NW location... Poured an amber/orange with a white head. Aroma of fresh, floral hops. Nice, subtly carbonated palate that was very refreshing. Spiced earthy, hops that weren’t bitter at all. Was also really bread-like, and had a strong sweetness in the finish. I thought this was better than their regular Boss IPA and I wouldn’t mind if it replaced the Boss IPA on the line of regular brews. It wasn’t as hoppy as Boss, but way more balanced.
