On tap at Pilsener Room and also Laurelwood, Portland. My favourite beer of my 2 week travels of the PNW. I came here with no love of amber ales, and this not only changed my mind, but completely won me over. Copper/amber with lasting beige head. Lovely hop. Good creamy feel in mouth with malts. Nice hop finish. Makes you want to drink more. It was so good, I bought the T shirt. I drank more of this than anything else I tried.

Biscuit aroma backed by a small amount of floral hop. Amber color with a beige head. Near medium body with smooth carbonation. Flavor is light caramel with a balancing amount of bitter. Probably grapefruit hop. Pretty strong flavors. Like an ESB? Probably too much bitter for the style, but that’s a good thing.
