COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stats are 15 Plato Original Gravity. 6.7% ABV. IBUs around 70. Color wise it’s on the orange end of the IPA spectrum thanks to a shot of dark crystal malt- which also helped create a nice malt backbone for this hoppy beer. We kind of went back to our roots on this one and used hefty doses of Cascade and Centennial hops. The beer was also dry hopped with Centennials for an extra aroma kick.

Bomber served in a tulip. Dark orange color with a slight haze and a tight two-finger white head that is shortlived and not very sticky. Plenty of malts in this one showing on the nose and palate. Medium body amd soft carbonation. Chocolate and bitterness on the finish. Too malty for me.

On tap at Bailey’s Taproom in Portland, OR. Colour... orange-amber with no head. Nose... very citrusy hops with a hint of Seville orange marmalade. Palate... very hoppy burst up front, tangy, piney, plenty of grapefruit zest and wedge skin. Nice! And, part of the sales help support a very good cause (see the label on the 22oz. bottles)!!

Pours orange with a hearty off-white head that shrinks rather quickly. The aroma is impressive - a refreshing gust of pine and citrus hops. Light-bodied and refreshing. Maybe a little too thin, but in the end does a nice job of showcasing the Cascades and Centennials. Hoppy, refreshing, and great for those looking for a tasty IPA that doesn’t get weighed down by too much malt.

22 oz bottle from Fred Meyer - This one had a very nice aroma. It looked like something out of a dream with a nice copper hue and a 1" creamy head to keep all the goodness in. The flavor was a bit disappointing in that it was a bit malty for my taste, but the hops more than made up for it. Nice beer.
