Pours a dark orange with a slight red tint. With a thick creamy head with good lacing. Smells of cinnamon, pumpkin, nutmeg and ginger. Tastes of all the same things but the roasted pumpkin flavor shines through and is slightly hoppy. Mouthfeel is medium and creamy with medium carbonation and a semi dry finish. Overall this as a pumpkin ale that you can actually taste the pumpkin more than the spices which is kind of nice for a change.

Bottle. Colour...orange-amber with a thick white head. Nose...cinnamon predominates and there’s hints of allspice and nutmeg. Palate...rather thin on the mouth with light CO2.There’s mostly pie spice here but it doesn’t overwhelm. There’s a generalised squash flavour but nothing discernible as pumpkin.

Bomber poured a clear orange amber with a small lingering amber head. Aromas of caramel, ginger, clove, cinnamon and light pumpkin. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of caramel, clove, cinnamon, light allspice and light pumpkin with a crisp dry lingering spiced finish.

Draught at Cask & Co Clerkenwell - solid spicy aroma with plenty of cloves, nutmeg, sone fruit, nothing too overpowering. Taste is surprisingly balanced, some light hoppiness joining the typical spice flavours. Very drinkable for a rather unusual style

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber, thanks to Andre. The aroma is pumpkin pie spice, fruity alcohol, toasted malts. The flavor is malty, spicy, ginger. The mouth feel is tannic, with a dry finish.

Deep dark copper coloured body with a nice amber glow and a rich, one centimetre tall tan head. Aroma of squash, pumpkin, allspice, cloves, canella and a lot of malty earthiness, with some light caramel sweetness. Medium to Full-bodied; Very rich squash and pumpkin flavours of malt noticeable with a big earthiness, some mild caramel and subdued sweetness and a touch of spices on the end with nutmeg and allspice the strongest. Overall, a nice and well flavoured pumpkin beer with the right amount of spices, a ton of malt, a good level of sweetness and of all things, a very nice rich body - made for a good sipping beverage. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Made in Oregon in Portland (PDX Airport Terminal D), Oregon on 28-September-2013 for US$5.95 sampled at home in Washington on 18-October-2013.

From bottle 9/8/13. Dark amber color, tan head, lots of bubbles. Aroma is pumpkin, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Taste is pumpkin, nutmeg, Clive, cinnamon, and a hint of bitterness. Finishes with the pumpkin and spices, but there is still a little of the bitter in the aftertaste.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma of pumpkin seeds, slight spices and stale malts. Flavour is quite watery, with light spices and not much body at all, just a bit of spice. Very watery and bland. Nothing offensive, just boring.
