Even if you’re madly in love with your regular IPA, you might consider giving this a look. This is a lovely American IPA with plenty of body and character. Wandering IPA was created with a heaping dose of crystal malts and Nugget, Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe hops.

Draft at the brewery. Honey colored clear body. Nose has far more crusty toasted bread, burnt nuts and smoked hop cones than you really should have in an IPA... wet dog hair comes to mind and reminds me of oxidized, cardboard-heavy English IPA. After about half of the glass your palate succumbs to the numbing bitterness and you no longer taste much of anything, which may actually be a blessing.
