Workhorse is a true West Coast IPA, featuring over-the-top hop flavor and aroma. Three separate dry hop additions in the fermenter make this one of our hoppiest beers to date. 7.5% ALC by Volume. 17º Plato O.G. 3º Plato T.G. 80 IBU

Smooth but kicking hoppy note. Discernible floral hop character. Full IPA with all the requirements.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet and very grassy. The flavor is also sweet and very grassy - is it Amarillo? The finish is dry grassy and very bitter. I like it.

On tap at Laurelwood on 52nd and Sandy (not the pizza place). Light golden-orange color with big off-white head that laces well. Intense fruity, almost tropical aroma. Grapefruit, pineapple, mandarin, tangerine and biscuits & honey. Some red apple. Soft creamy bubbles and low carbonation make this medium bodied brew smooth and very drinkable. Sweet lightly toasted biscuity malt is bursting with juicy hop flavors. Big pink grapefruit impression, orange, tangerine and piney resin on a lingering bitter finish without being offensively bitter. Hugely drinkable. Probably the best IPA I found in Portland.

On tap at Laurelwood Pub and Brewery in Portland. Pours copper with small white head. Citrusy hops in the aroma. Pretty balanced IPA. Nice grapefruit and pine flavor balanced with sweet malt taste. Not as hoppy as I expected from 80 IBU...nice fairly long lasting bitter finish.

Draught at Concordia Ale House. Poured Red copper orange with small white head. Hoppy, floral aroma, very big. Much lacing. Big full motuh hoppy flavour, with much taste of the land. Light finish like a leaving train.

Tasted at Laurelwood brewery in Portland, Oregon--Poured a moderately hazy copper-amber-orange hue with a small white head. Big hoppy resinous nose with biscuity hops. The bitter fruity hops were over powering and slightly acidic. Earthy, palate-wrecking bitterness. Yum!

Tap @ Restaurant: Clear copper, light head and lacing. Nose of citrus and pine, some chewy catty hops and light malts to balance. The flavor is more catty too with pine and dry hops to boot. Pleasant.

On tap at the BP. Slightly hazy medium orange amber. Nice cotrusy hoppy citrusy aroma. Flavoe is malty and not quite up to what rhe aroma teased me with. Medium light bite. Pale and papery. Moderately bitter on the tail.
