4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the brewpub - Pours golden copper with a white head. The aroma has caramel malt with fruity and citrusy hops. It has a medium rich body with lots of soft carbonation. The taste has fruity hops which tropical and stone fruit aspects. Its also pretty dank and has gentle caramel malt giving a nice balance. The finish has huge pineapple and mango flavors. Really good IPA.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Copied from my BA review.
Hops: Citra, Galaxy, El Dorado, Columbus.
Malts: Great Western 2 Row, Crystal, Dextrin.
07.22.14 Bottle date.
Poured from 12 oz bottle into a tumbler glass on 09.12.14.
A: See through amber. 2 finger head.
S: Loads of grapefruit, some pine. West Coast style for sure.
T: Orange, apricot, and mango dominate. Pineapple, hop resin, flower, and some spiciness too.
M: Crisp with enough carbonation.
O: A solid West Coast style IPA. I picked this one up after hearing good things, it being on lists of top IPAs and whatnot, and it was not disappointing. It’s surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink, which seems weird with the 7.5% ABV. It’s very well balanced and complex. It also has a really nice lingering pineapple sweetness.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
This is what NW IPAs are all about, big and hoppy, beautiful pour with medium fluffy head, nice resiny aroma, more hoppy taste with an oily resin finish. Great looking and tasting, from start to finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
A predominately hoppy IPA built on undertones of hop, citrus, wheat, malt, spice and cinnamon I am thinking. Aroma is piney hop and yeast. Very bitter on the tongue but disappears quickly. Very sticky. Very nice.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at KPDX aka PDc terminal A airport bar. Pours medium Amber, decent off white head. Big floral and citrus nose. Taste follows with oranges, lemons, ample bitterness all help up but nice undertone of malt sweetness. Actually might be the best ipa I’ve had during my pacific be work RR adventure.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at the brewery. Aroma: malty, citrusy, and resinous, with hints of grapefruit and pine. Taste/Palate: crisp throughout; starts sweet, then almost immediately turns bitter, followed by massively bitter in the finish.
