Bottle. Pours copper with small off-white head. Nose has light passionfruit-like hops, honey notes - not super assertive. Hops in the flavor are much more prominent - spice, orange rind and resiny pine needle. A very bitter finish with a bit of heat that really grows on me as I work my way though.

My opinion, which doesn’t mean squat, but this is best brewery in Oregon, overall excellent IPA. Can’t say enough about fruity hop aroma, and great clean bitterness and awesome hop character.

Bomber. Malty, herbal nose, with some grass. Amber/brown color, filmy head. Caramel, good hop mix of citrus/pine, mild finish, with decent light hop track. Medium body. Well-balanced, with an edge toward the sweet caramel.

Pours a clear golden/orange with a medium white head...thin lacing rings. Aroma has a good bit of pineapple and orange...some tea notes...boozy heat. Flavor is more grapefruity with piney/resinous and earthy bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium and a bit oily with a dry and bitter/resinous finish that lingers.

On tap at the brewpub - Pours golden copper with a white head. The aroma has caramel malt with fruity and citrusy hops. It has a medium rich body with lots of soft carbonation. The taste has fruity hops which tropical and stone fruit aspects. Its also pretty dank and has gentle caramel malt giving a nice balance. The finish has huge pineapple and mango flavors. Really good IPA.

Citrus tropical hop aroma. Appearance is copper with a thick white head with good retention. Flavor is full of citrus and tropical hop flavor. Malt flavor consists of caramel, bready notes. Bitterness is clean. Mouthfeel is medium with medium carbonation. Overall, it's a good ipa. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Copied from my BA review. Hops: Citra, Galaxy, El Dorado, Columbus. Malts: Great Western 2 Row, Crystal, Dextrin. 80 IBUs. 07.22.14 Bottle date. Poured from 12 oz bottle into a tumbler glass on 09.12.14. A: See through amber. 2 finger head. S: Loads of grapefruit, some pine. West Coast style for sure. T: Orange, apricot, and mango dominate. Pineapple, hop resin, flower, and some spiciness too. M: Crisp with enough carbonation. O: A solid West Coast style IPA. I picked this one up after hearing good things, it being on lists of top IPAs and whatnot, and it was not disappointing. It’s surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink, which seems weird with the 7.5% ABV. It’s very well balanced and complex. It also has a really nice lingering pineapple sweetness.

Bottle from Fred Meyer. Medium copper in color. Huge hop nose. Some pine and a bit of tropical fruit as well. Solid hopiness with a good deal of tropical fruit. Good IPA.
