Poured from 12oz bottle. Great floral piney hop aroma. Slight cloudy deep yellow. Good carbonation. Sticky white lingering head. Moderate bitterness but nice lasting hop taste.

UPDATED: FEB 15, 2014 The pour is a hazy burnt orange amber color that leaves the same colored body with a decent looking transparency to it indicating some light carbonation that is seen rising. The head is about a finger’s worth and dies at a nice pace leaving a nice foamy clingy lacing left in the wake. The smell has a mostly sweet and bitter grapefruit, pine, floral scents through the hops, malts do present themselves but it really takes a while The taste has a sweet citrus and pine with some nice floral notes; bright sweet citrus aftertaste and a dry citrus yet piney finish. The palate has a light to medium styled body with a somewhat sessionable quality that leaves a nice bitter harshness that pounds my mouth and tongue like a good AIPA should. Overall, wow, what a nice AIPA by Laurelwood, though this is my first one from Laurelwood, I’m excited that they sent this up here and am hoping they’ll send more.

Nice and hoppy, with a golden amber color. Mostly piney flavor with a little citrus to round it out.

Unknown bottle date: boo! A: Pours a copper ale with excellent clarity (some floaties) and a <single finger fine white foam dissipates over the coarse of a couple minutes. Sheets of white lace. S: Plenty of malt on this (surprised actually), grapefruit, citrus, hints of pine. Good nose. T: Sweet, floral, citrus, bitter with decent middle palate pine and resin tones. Fairly standard IPA for the PNW, not bad. M: Medium body with medium carbonation. Leaves palate free from reminders of it’s presence. D: Very drinkable IPA, recently has been one of my favorites. It’s not a standout IPA, but totally enjoyable. Serving type: bottle 03-11-2011

On DRAFT at Laurelwood in Sellwood; nose and initial taste is strong in juniper / piney hops; strong but not overly bitter; very very tasty. Just "had" to pick up a bomber to transport back to Chicago. ---Rated via iPad

Pine spruce pineapple tangerine. Big hop profile that lasts and sticks to your teeth. Pots a deep orange. White head. Tropical fruit aromas and flavors. Nice and very hop forward. I can smell this thing from across the room.

Bottle from beer junction Seattle. Pours bright gold with some sediment oddly and a bit of lace. Aroma is a huge near perfect west coast hop bouquet, dank and more catty than normal, strong ripe tropical fruit, bit of pine. Flavor is fruity sweet followed by a clean and resiny bitter slightly astringent finish. Feel is moderately dense, slick, not much carbonation feel. This is a spectacular IPA.

Bottle. Pours a semi clear light orange yellow golden pour with a nice white head. Nose is fresh deep citrus, grapefruit and peaches, a plainly stated wonderful fragrance. Taste is full of flavor, with deep citrus notes striking the palate and late pine and resin. Finish is bitter and moderately long and ends on the same tasting notes. A very nice IPA. Quaff 9/ 10

Pours a copper orange with a beige head and aroma of fresh hops and citrus. Bitter sweet taste, nice hoppy notes along with deep citrus, sweet juicy notes, grapefruit, caramel, tropical fruits, and light resin leading to a bitter finish. Very nice IPA, delicious and very drinkable
