Copied from my BA review. Hops: Citra, Galaxy, El Dorado, Columbus. Malts: Great Western 2 Row, Crystal, Dextrin. 80 IBUs. 07.22.14 Bottle date. Poured from 12 oz bottle into a tumbler glass on 09.12.14. A: See through amber. 2 finger head. S: Loads of grapefruit, some pine. West Coast style for sure. T: Orange, apricot, and mango dominate. Pineapple, hop resin, flower, and some spiciness too. M: Crisp with enough carbonation. O: A solid West Coast style IPA. I picked this one up after hearing good things, it being on lists of top IPAs and whatnot, and it was not disappointing. It’s surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink, which seems weird with the 7.5% ABV. It’s very well balanced and complex. It also has a really nice lingering pineapple sweetness.

on tap somewhere in Philadelphia (it was pretty late and I have no idea where we were); bright amber color; great, citrusy hop aroma; great citrusy hop flavor on a medium bodied, bready malt base

Bottle from Fred Meyer. Medium copper in color. Huge hop nose. Some pine and a bit of tropical fruit as well. Solid hopiness with a good deal of tropical fruit. Good IPA.

This is what NW IPAs are all about, big and hoppy, beautiful pour with medium fluffy head, nice resiny aroma, more hoppy taste with an oily resin finish. Great looking and tasting, from start to finish.

A predominately hoppy IPA built on undertones of hop, citrus, wheat, malt, spice and cinnamon I am thinking. Aroma is piney hop and yeast. Very bitter on the tongue but disappears quickly. Very sticky. Very nice.

On tap at KPDX aka PDc terminal A airport bar. Pours medium Amber, decent off white head. Big floral and citrus nose. Taste follows with oranges, lemons, ample bitterness all help up but nice undertone of malt sweetness. Actually might be the best ipa I’ve had during my pacific be work RR adventure.

Very light amber color, good lacing, medium collar, wisps. Aroma is muted earthy malt, some citrus and floral hops. Taste is bitter earthy hops, astringent as hell. Medium body and medium high carbonation.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma: malty, citrusy, and resinous, with hints of grapefruit and pine. Taste/Palate: crisp throughout; starts sweet, then almost immediately turns bitter, followed by massively bitter in the finish.

Poured from the tap at the SE Brewpub. Color is that of a red. Aroma is your standard IPA aroma. First flavor is peach and finishes with a bitter peach skin type flavor. Additional sips yield a bit more pine and grass. Very interesting beer. Definitely lots going on here!

ARH (857) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - OCT 22, 2014
On tap poured into a sampler glass. Tropical, citrus orange, and toast with marmalade aromas are noted. The pour is a clear, effervescent, oily gold color topped by a soft, medium ring of dense white head with a filmy, floating island. Lots of lace is left on the glass. The taste is a medium sweet and medium / medium light bitter blend. The smooth, light bodied beer is accompanied by a light, fuzzy carbonation. Tropical fruits start the mouthfeel and bitter rinds finish it. Bread crust comes forth in the aftertaste with a slightly burnt and slightly waxy characeter, as well as hints of citrus.
