Picked this up last night at Brewforia Meridian... Paid too much. Poured tonight into my HotD goblet with an off white head atop a slightly hazy orange brew. Nose shows big citrus but a very pronounced maltiness that really mutes the hops. Flavor mirrors the nose.. IMO, this is really not very good... pithy citrus hoppiness and a thick malt profile that doesn’t jive with the brew. Body seems a bit thick... but I am thinking this could be an old bottle from Brewforia, wouldn’t surprise me.

Big sticky pine resins, and big, sweet, bready, boozy, caramelized malts. Oily mouth feel, sticky lacing on the glass, and a medium carb.. The finish is slightly woody, with some dank, resinous hops. Wet hop cones, hints of citrus, finishes is medium bitter with a strong sticky pine finish. This is a in ipa, bordering on double.

22 oz bottle from Tavour shared with drsordr. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have pale toasted malts, grassy, earthy, floral hops, hops seem old, some bitterness but I expected this would be better.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06 pour avg to dark gold with moderate white head. Nose grassy, soapy, dank. Taste moderate bitter bite up front, then dank hop and light vegetal. Not as floral and aromatic as most Oregon IPAs that I’ve had.

12 oz bottle. Dated 8/13/16. Assuming that’s "best by" since its 2 weeks in the future. Very cloudy, slightly dark yellow/orange. Overly floral hops. Slight bitterness, especially on the aftertaste. I would say it tastes way too old, but within the stamped date range so I’ll assume it was always subpar.

Found in 12 oz bottles in Hanshin dept store in Osaka. Pine, floral, and citrus explosion. Like French kissing a two thousand year old bristlecone pine in the knothole. Great pucker with quick finish. Wham bam thank you mam. God I feel great!

4oz taster at VCBW 2016-Day 2. Lightly toasty, almost rye-like with plasticky notes. Hint of saltiness-grassy. Orange marmalade, thicker body, darker hops. Just average, was expecting a lot more based on the average high rating.

On tap. Burnt dark orange with heavy pine aroma. This is a hella floral tasting ipa bursting with flavor. Instant pine and floral notes with extravagant hops. Short finish.

Draught @ Laurelwood, PDX Airport, Portland, OR. Pours dark yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus, herbal notes and caramely malts. Taste is crisp, hoppy and grassy with some pine and citrus. Finish is crisp, sweetish and grassy hoppy with some lingering bitterness and citrus. Good one.

12 oz Bottle. Smells of pine and catpiss. Pours a golden amber. Tastes a bit sweet but pleasant, lots of sweet hops in the flavor. Lasting aftertaste with ideal bitterness. This is a solid IPA.
