Picked this up last night at Brewforia Meridian... Paid too much. Poured tonight into my HotD goblet with an off white head atop a slightly hazy orange brew. Nose shows big citrus but a very pronounced maltiness that really mutes the hops. Flavor mirrors the nose.. IMO, this is really not very good... pithy citrus hoppiness and a thick malt profile that doesn’t jive with the brew. Body seems a bit thick... but I am thinking this could be an old bottle from Brewforia, wouldn’t surprise me.

Poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a murky golden yellow with a small white head. The aroma is a big sniff of pine with citrus and hops. The flavor is pine and hops in a nice blend with some citrus at the end. An excellent IPA.

Bottle. Clear golden pour with offwhite head. Aroma has lots of peach and tropical fruit. Taste is balanced with lovely bitterness. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Comes together nicely

Bottle. 2 months old. Aroma is sugary citrus juice with light flowers and crackers. Tastes the same. Too much sugary malt here. Maybe the hops faded a little over two months? Almost no bitterness. Not really my kinda IPA. I’ll try to revisit fresh some day.

Plastic cup draft at the Moda Center for a Blazers game. The pour is clear copper with a one inch egg white head that is lasting, impressive considering the plastic stadium cup. The aroma is big orange citrus fruit, strong resin and sweet malt. The taste is a great blend of the big fresh orange citrus resin hops and softly sweet malt. The palate is medium bodied, active carbonation and a resin and mineral finish. Really solid IPA, super fresh - fantastic for a stadium beer.

Draft - Fresh hop version - Light citrus sweetness. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Leafy, grassy, sweet and a bit of an herbal note. Sweet grass sticks a bit too much.

Bomber. Clear deeper orange copper, firm off-white foam. Aroma of richer c-malt and fruity hop. Taste is too sweet, dark caramel malt forward, barely bitter fruity hop, some citrus and herb. Average carbonation, medium bodied, well hopped. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)

16 oz pint- Pours clear orange with a white small head. Aroma is sweet malt, some hops, pretty generic. Taste is sweet malt, dry buttering hops, pretty average. Not bad but straight down the line basic.

Draft pour pint at the safe. Pours a clear copper color with a lasting fizz head. Rich sweet tropical fruit hop aroma and flavor. Almost has a little pineapple thrown in there. Orange fruit. A little sweet for my usual taste but overall an enjoyable, solid IPA.
