Draft. Light amber body. Frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, toasted grain. Hint of caramel. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/velvety texture, lively carbonation. Hop taste trips over raw grain taste. Unclean in the mouth. Taste of floral hops, citrus. Sweet unlike many west coast IPAs.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 UnionBeerCzar (75) - Michigan, USA - JAN 30, 2013
Bomber to Duvel tulip, rest in peace beerjobber. Pours golden orange with a large wispy white head. Nose is clean grapefruit with hints of resin. Just a little muted, wish I could get more cus’ I like it. This drinks real easy with a great balance, I can’t put my finger on what sets this apart from a lot of the IPA’s that have been coming my way. It certainly has something unto itself and I dig it, that being said I can’t get this on the regular and it was pricey with shipping. Awesome beer, wish I could try other brews from this company! Tear it up
