330 ml bottle from Herkules Getrankemarkt, Lauterbach, best before 31 August 2008. Pale gold with a thin head. Rather grainy aroma. Sweetish on the palate with a shortage of hop presence. An unremarkable and inoffensive lager.

Bottle 33cl.
Clear light yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, cardboard, plastic, honey. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (010808)

A Mes rate: Bottle at Chris O’s.
I think this was about a year out of date. At this point it was either I drink this or drink the mouldy cider Chris had discovered in the back of his fridge. Maybe I should have tried the cider...

Bottle: Pale golden coloured, slightly hazy, thin foamy layer; distinctive sweet-malty and restrained aromatic hoppy nose; sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; honey in the delicate, short bitter-sweet finish. Good start, a bit disappointing finish........
