[bottle] Sweet malt, banana, and bubblegum aroma. Murky light brown under white foam that drops to wisps. Sweet and refreshing bubblegum and clove flavour with a little coriander and banana. The wheat sourness is gentle and goes nicely with a caramel and base malt flavour that is very pleasant, and not always present in this style. Medium body, moderate to medium carbonation, clean finish. Top tier Hefeweizen.

Swing-top bottle. Strong banana/peach and wheat malt aroma. Very cloudy yellow-amber color with moderate head. Sweet ripe banana, orange and wheat malt flavor. Low carbonation. Ester flavors dominate this beer.

Unclear hazy light to medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy yeasty, fruity, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091002]

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts fine yeasty, a bit sourish, notes of apricot. Not bad, but nothing special!

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Insgesamt doch sehr gelungen!

(swing top bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Slightly sweet malty aroma with a light to moderate wheat-character, apricot- and banana-fruity notes and a tinge of plastic. Light-sweet flavour with a light level of acidity towards the finish, light to medium bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Slightly papery malty taste with fruity notes, wheat-malt and light phenolic spices; moderately dry and slightly sour fruity and spicy finish. 19.VIII.10
