BIG. HOPPY. RED. Irish beer gone incognito! Our IRA has a beautiful burnt orange/red color with the unmistakable aroma and flavor of American hops. This beer is brewed to be dry with full flavor of Columbus, Cascade & Centennial hops.

bottle @ House of 1000 Beers / New Kensington PA --- Aroma of malt, hops, and alcohol. Hazy brown color, beige head that is slow to drop, strips of lace. Taste is malt and dark fruit that grows stronger and heavier as it moves through light carbonation to a finish that has hops, fruitcake fruit, and alcohol. Strong and heavy. Half a bottle is enough for one night.

Bottle--thanks Thomas! Potent rustic, minty hops and coffee aroma and accents of citrus fruit. Sweet coffee and chocolatey toffee flavour with lots of earthy, minty, and resinous hops. Assertive bitterness. Medium full body, medium carbonation, smooth and crisp.

Purchased a 22 oz. bottle @ Wegmans in Wilkes Barre, PA. Darker ruby/ brown color with thin head. Aroma is a mild pine with a deeper caramel and light citrus over top the caramel. The base malt is caramel toffee with some toasted grain. The hops and bitterness has a West Coast feel with a solid amount of pine with citrus as an after thought. The bitterness has a resin feel that lingers for a good amount after the sip. The ABV doesn’t show itself much and overall a nice drink.

Draft at the brewery. Pours clear copper brown with a fizzy off white head. Tastes grassy, nutty, buttery, with a weird malty flavor. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like sweet citrus hops and booze.

Sampled on draft this beer poured an orange-brown color with a large foamy-soapy orange-tan head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet and tart with fruity hops, pine and caramel. The flavor was bitter and tart with notes of citrus, pine, tropical fruits and caramel. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid.
