Had a roasted malt flavor with a light hoppy kick too. Some hint of yeast but a "gunpowdery" aftertaste (tastes a bit like smokeless powder does when fired) had an average sized head with a barely offwhite tint. Fair lacing. The head lasted as long as i sat and watched it(not long i was thirsty) The beer itself was fairly thin in consistency with a medium red hue. The initial flavor was moderately sweet with a light bitter swallow. had a medium palate, a bit week for a red ale, had a nice dry flavor and was fairly light on the carbonation (good in my book). Overall not too bad, but not a winner in my book, would drink it again if it was offered to me but i dont think i will be spending any more money on it!

Bottle. Pours a red-orange-amber with a slight head. Aroma is malty and slightly sweet with some hops. There are no off aromas. Mouthfeel is medium with a malty and sweet, and slightly hoppy flavor. Does not have any grainy flavors or smells. Has a nice finish. I’m quite suprised by this beer, it seems pretty nice, but the previous ratings don’t reflect these qualities. I really like this beer despite the previous judgements. I’ll buy this again.

Looks good with a good head. Tastes pretty good too. Somewhat sour, but goes down pretty smooth and has a pretty satisfying aftertaste. It wasn't my favorite beer ever, but its worth a try.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were and left behind a transparent softly carbonated brown colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was brown malt and grassy. The crisp and clean mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of Irish red malt. A decent one, thin but not one that I would consider buying again.

Generous beige head, fine lace. Malt nose, thin top, some hop bite at the some what dry finish. Moderate carbonation, drinkable, but nothing to rave about.

had a promising malty nose, but it had weak carbonation and a nearly non-existent head. it also was not really red, but more of a gold copper color. average mouthfeel but tasted a little like i was sucking on its bottlecap (somewhat metallic). not enough hops; overall this isn't horrible, but it's definitely boring.

Bottle poured a nice copper/ amber with no head and very thin lacing. Aroma was malty and crisp. Sweet flavor with just a bit of a metalic taste on the palate. Not bad at all,I could drink a 6 pack of these with no problem come summer time. Seems as it would be a good refreshing beer.

Weak head. Tobacco and woody nose, smooth, tobacco finish along with bubble gum....just plain annoying without a flavor that makes you want to take another sip.
