A hazed amber ale with a thin creamy moka head. In aroma, light maple malt with notes of pineapple pulp, creamy. In mouth, a light sweet malt with light smokey maple, not bad, but a bit light. On tap at American Flatbread, July 17 2010.

Verre de dégustation, provenant d’un fût, au Vermont Brewers Festival 2010 (Burlington, VT). Arôme: Légère odeur de céréales grillées. Apparence: La couleur est cuivrée avec une très faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de céréales grillées avec une pointe d’érable et d’houblons. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement houblonné. (Rating #3134)

On tap at Vermont Brewfest 2010. Pours a light copper color with a small white head. Aroma is light, but has good notes of smoke and light grain. Flavor is similar, with more smoke, a touch of meatiness, light floral hop, and wheat. Decent, but nothing impressive.
