COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Enticing, rich and complex. This creation defies easy description. Brewed with 100% Lawson’s Finest maple sap and an extra addition of maple syrup to send you over the edge!

Note: Released in 22oz (650ml) bottles. Do NOT confuse with the maple liquor barrel aged version, released in 500ml bottles in April 2011, containing 12% alcohol!

UPDATED: AUG 2, 2014 There is a mild amount of earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and sticky mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer with a nice smell, but the flavors are slightly oxidized at this point.

650 ml bottle poured a clear amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of maple, caramel and light fruitiness. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of maple and caramel with a smooth lingering maple finish.

Bottle. Pours red with thin white head that dissipates. Sweet maple smell over light carbonation. Thick almost like maple syrup and a slight boozyness. Sweet maple flavor with a bit of caramelized sugar on the back. I'm not a big sweet fan but this is first rate. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle thanks to lefthyzer. Pours a cloudy amber with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong maple oak and caramel. Medium mouthfeel with strong maple upfront, light candy sugar, and light boozy finish. Very good, hiding alcohol well, really enjoyed this one.

very cool beer. very prevalent maple flavors, lots of sweetness and some vague acidity in the finish is nice. other than that, it tastes exactly how you’d expect, like fresh maple, and earthy sweetness.

Pours a deep amber color with a finger of khaki foam. The nose is rich sweet maple sap mingling with a bit of earthy booze and belgian spice. The palate follows with a full rich mouthfeel and great maple notes that lead into a caramel booziness that is heightened slightly by some background esters and caramelized malts. Really a great example of the art of maple brewing !
