Ungstrup (11713), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 27, 2008 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty, and so is the flavor, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. Papsoe (11076), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 18, 2008 (Bottle 65 cl) Courtesy of bu11zeye. Hazy amber golden with a dense and stable off-white head. Fresh citrusy nose. Pours hazy orange with huge white head. Mild citrusy to peachy aroma. Smooth yeasty and hoppy fruity flavoured with a mild citrusy note. Goes into a very dry hoppy and acidic dry flavoured finish. Quite dry hoppy brew. Grovlam (3325), Copenhagen, Denmark Oct 31, 2008 Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe, 31-10-2008] Huge thick foamy head that really lasted. Excellent display of lacework. Hazy golden color. Aroma of chewy hops, with notes of grapefruit, peach, citrus and mild grass. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Moderated bitter and sweet flavor. Good dry bitter finish. pintsize (1042), Austin, Texas, USA Oct 23, 2008 9-27-08 bottle <br />
Thick amber with no real lasting head or lacing. Smell is quite light and a touch floral. Flavor is hoppy and sweet but not very bold or overpowering. Mouthfeel is average - perhaps a touch above. Medium carbonation. Overall, it is decent - but just a bit boring.
